‘Excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude’
Vagdevi Vilas School, Marathahalli honoured the dedication, perseverance and outstanding performance of student achievers of CBSE grade X and XII toppers of the academic year 2024-25.
The felicitation ceremony of the school toppers was held on 7th June 2025 with great enthusiasm and pride in the school campus. The event was graced by the presence of honourable Chairman Sir, Sri K Harish, Principal Smt Padma Sagar Ma’am, Academic advisor Smt Indira Nair Ma’am and R&D Director Smt Sindhu R.
The ceremony commenced with a soulful prayer followed by a warm welcome address by Principal Ma’am, she congratulated the students on their remarkable performance and emphasized the importance of consistency, discipline, and hard work in academic success.

This was followed by a motivational speech by the chief guest of the day honourable Chairman Sir, Sri K Harish, who shared inspiring words on academic commitment and future aspirations. He emphasised on contributing to the country as they excel in their desired field of study in the professional courses and work towards achieving National goal of Atma Nirbhar Bharat.
The toppers were then invited on stage and felicitated with letter of appreciation and cash awards, as a token of appreciation and recognition.

Special mention was made of the school toppers who had secured the highest marks in the batch. Subject-wise toppers were also acknowledged. Proud parents applauded as their children received the well-deserved accolades.

Most of the toppers had not only excelled in academics, they had been interschool achievers in performing arts and sports. They have represented our school at the National and International level in various events.

The toppers expressed their gratitude towards the dedicated teachers who have ignited a passion for learning. They thanked the management and the head of the institution, who has been instrumental in creating an environment that fosters excellence, curiosity, and growth. They expressed the nostalgic moments of school and shared their experiences.

Parents of the student achievers were also invited to share their experiences. They expressed their gratitude towards the dedicated staff and efficient management in building character and value among students in their growing years.

The Toppers’ Felicitation Ceremony stood as a reminder that success is the result of dedication and continuous effort, inspiring all students to aim high and believe in their potential.
