World Environment Day 2026

World Environment Day 2026 is “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.”

Our school campus buzzed with eco-enthusiasm on 12 June 2026, as students from Classes 3 to 12 came together to celebrate World Environment Day. The green initiative aimed to inspire young minds to protect nature and build a sustainable future.

The day began on a solemn note with the entire school taking an Environmental Pledge, promising to reduce waste and conserve resources. This was followed by a soulful invocation song performed by the school choir.

We were honored to have our esteemed Chairman, Shri K. Harish, as the Chief Guest. The event was also graced by our Principal, Smt. Dimple Jana, Academic Advisors, Director and Deputy Director (R&D)

In his inspiring address, the Chairman called for immediate action on green living. He urged students to focus on:

Afforestation – Planting more trees to boost biodiversity.

Conservation – Saving every drop of water.

Daily Habits – Embracing eco-friendly alternatives in daily life.

Multilingual Voices & Cultural Highlights

Students showcased their linguistic skills and creativity through brilliant environmental speeches in four languages: Hindi, English, Sanskrit, and Kannada.

The stage came alive with powerful performances, including, Group Dances celebrating the beauty of Mother Earth, A Thought-Provoking Skit highlighting the effects of pollution, A Mime Show delivering a silent yet impactful message on conservation

The celebrations extended beyond the stage with hands-on awareness activities. Students displayed vibrant artistic talents in, Slogan Writing: Crafting catchy, impactful green messages, Poster Making: Designing colourful charts advocating for climate action.

The memorable day concluded with the singing of the National Song, leaving everyone with a shared sense of patriotism and a deep commitment to protecting our planet.
